What makes Jeff so amazing is his flexibility. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. I told him what I was looking for and we went from there. While we were viewing houses I would make adjustments on what I wanted and he went to work. What was amazing was his ability to get a good grasp of what I wanted and what I could make do without. I gave him a general area I wanted to be in and that's where we made our rounds. Not even a dozen houses he found me one that had good bones, a fantastic area and a few fixes that I could live with all at a price that wouldn't leave me reeling.
