I’m a first time homebuyer, not familiar with the homebuying or financing process. Of course, I hired my Dad “soldbyjeffsmith” to guide me through the entire process. We looked at many homes in multiple cities. My dad explained everything I needed to look at in a home prior to considering any offers. He explained all the real estate contracts, guided me through the pre-approval process and attended the private inspection to ensure the house was solid. My dad did a fantastic job to secure a deal on my first home and would recommend him to all my family and friends.
